Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia

First and foremost the main reason we enjoyed our stay here is because of the staff. Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Won Majestic Hotel in Cambodia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Jower and the entire staff. Mr. Jower's attentiveness and kindness truly made my experience memorable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that all my needs were met, his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the amenities, including the wellness facilities, exceeded my expectations. It was a delight to unwind and rejuvenate in such a tranquil environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings at the hotel. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From traditional Cambodian dishes to international cuisine, there was something to satisfy every palate. Overall, my experience at the Won Majestic Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities made for a truly memorable stay. I really enjoyed my stay at WON Majestic Hôtel in Sinahoukville. It is centrally located, very new hôtel, restaurant and buffet good was really good, good gym and my room with Ocean view very comfortable and clean. Above all, what I appreciated the most was the leadership and very courteous client service by the management. In particular, I would like to warmly thank Mr. Ladang, Ms. Sompho Chor, and Mr. Sophal Khon for their great care, smiles, and hospitality.

Outstanding service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi outside the hotel. The staff in the reception were so welcoming and friendly and also in the restaurant on 1st floor, the woman in charge (sorry forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful, as well as H Sophoeat and staff at breakfast. The gym, the pool, the rooms, everything was great! The service of the staff was just excellent, the man from the reception (maybe his name was Kim Ladang) even followed us in the car to the ferry pier. And they drove us there for free too. Can highly recommend this hotel.
